There are so many teas to choose from that I always end up spotting something new. I’ll go in thinking I’m just grabbing one familiar flavor, then I notice some tiny detail on a label or a blend with one interesting ingredient and suddenly I’m trying something different. It’s a fun selection to browse...

and I’ve ordered from Arbor Teas a few times now, and it’s been a really good experience. The tea always tastes fresh, shipping has been smooth, and the packaging is simple and easy to deal with. Nothing over the top, just a reliable place to get good tea.

The brewing tips were, like, okay overall. They helped me a bit, but nothing too game-changing.

I love ordering from Arbor Teas. The tea is really good, but the compostable packaging is what sends me over the edge in the best way. Like, why am I this excited about a bag? But seriously, it feels so nice getting something I enjoy without a bunch of waste. Huge plus for me

I had a smooth time using the Arbor Teas website. I usually just look for the obvious stuff first and kind of go by quick cues, and the site made that easy enough. Pages loaded without any issues, checkout was straightforward, and I liked having the tea details right there on each product page. The only small thing was the filters could be better. It took me a little longer than expected to narrow things down, but overall it was easy to use.

I’ve ordered from Arbor Teas a few times now and I’d say it’s been worth it overall. Some of the teas are a bit expensive but the quality is definitely better than what I usually find at the grocery store. Shipping was fine and the packaging looked nice without feeling over the top. I took off one star because I do wish they had more cheaper sample options...

I've ordered a few times now, and the boxes always shows up when they said they would. Tracking was easy to follow, and nothing has arrived damaged so far. One order even got here a day early, which was a nice surprise. I don't really have much to complain about, the delivery have been really dependable for me.

These tea bags are actually really good. Sturdy. No tearing or splitting open in the cup, which I appreciate. The brew comes out clean too, no weird taste or loose bits floating around. Simple purchase, but yeah, I’m very happy with it

I ordered from Arbor Teas and the first thing I noticed when I opened the bag was how good it smelled, really fresh and a little earthy in that cozy tea-shop kind of way, so I was excited to brew a cup because it gave me the impression it was going to have a lot of flavor.

The taste ended up being okay, not bad at all, just lighter than I expected, and I had to use more leaves than usual to get it where I wanted it, so while I enjoyed it enough to finish the bag, it’s probably not one I’d be in a hurry to order again.

They have a good selection of teas, and I found a few kinds I don’t usually come across on other sites. I did feel a bit pressured to decide quickly while browsing, so I wish there were more sample options to try before committing to a full size. Overall though, I’m happy with what they offer.

I grabbed a few different teas and the whole order came exactly as listed on my receipt, including the sample I chose. Nothing was missing or mixed up. It wasn’t a complicated order, but it’s always nice when everything is just right.

I ordered from Arbor Teas because I really liked how much they talk about organic teas and fair trade sourcing... that stuff matters to me!!! But once I started looking around, it wasn’t always obvious which teas were actually fair trade, or what that meant for the farmers specifically??
Maybe the info is buried somewhere on the site, but I felt like I had to click way too much to get basic answers. For a company that seems to care about this, I expected it to be more straightforward!! The tea itself was fine, but I’m not totally confident about ordering again..

I think I just caught some bad timing with this order because the box showed up smashed. When I opened it, the tea was loose inside, which was a little disappointing. The product itself seemed fine, but the packaging definitely didn’t hold up this time.

I thought the compostable packaging would be a nice eco-friendly bonus, but it was a mess. The wording made it sound like it would still hold up like normal packaging, just better for the environment, but it leaked everywhere. Frustrating and definitely not what I expected.

I was excited when I placed my order, but then it just felt like I was waiting forever for it to show up. I kept checking for updates and there really wasn’t much info, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. By the time it finally arrived, I was more annoyed than excited

I liked that it’s organic certified, but it felt average overall. The big emphasis on the label seemed a little unnecessary when the product itself didn’t really stand out...

I was impressed with this tea. The flavor is clean and fresh, and it doesn’t have that dusty taste I’ve had with some other brands. Also, the leaves just look and feel better quality, which I noticed right away. I made a cup in the afternoon and then ended up reaching for it again later, so that probably says enough. Would definitely buy it again.

so... I ordered from Arbor Teas as a gift for my sister because she’s really into loose leaf tea, and it was easy to find something she’d like. The gift sets were simple to browse, and I liked that they had organic options plus a good mix of flavors.
Shipping went smoothly, and everything looked nice when it showed up. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I wish there were a few more gift box styles or little add-ons to choose from, but overall it’s still a solid pick for tea gifts.

I was browsing the teas and the product pages look nice, no question about that. But the descriptions were way too thin for me. Like, I could not tell how strong the flavor was supposed to be or whether the tea was actually worth the price. I’m 100% sure I would’ve been more likely to order if there were clearer details. As it was, it just didn’t give me enough to go on

I do appreciate that Arbor Teas shares quite a bit about their sourcing and packaging, and that definitely made me feel better about browsing their site. That said, I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to compare things like certifications and where specific teas come from. It felt like an avoidable hassle, since those details could be much clearer in one place. Overall, not a bad experience, just not quite as transparent as I was hoping for. I’d give it 3 stars for now.
